Cleaning Process Validation It is essential to know that items that have been through a sterilising cycle have been processed properly. Our bacterial challenge method will validate your methods, equipment and procedures. Validation can be demonstrated in all substances be they solid, particulate or liquid. Case Study A very large laboratory in the Cambridge area was relying on a Vapourised Hydrogen Peroxide sterilisation chamber to make safe many of the items imported into the barriered area. The use of the Cubes validation services demonstrated that the chamber was in fact not sterilising in some load positions. After remedial works were completed we were able to validate the efficacy of the repaired chamber.
