Pre Project Decontamination Before handing a building over to contractors it is enssential to ensure it is in a safe condition. This may mean the removal of chemical or biological contaminants such as animal allergens or pathogens. The Cube can provide expert services to ensure that your building is handed over with minimal risk to contractors. Our team of experienced operatives will complete this service with minimum fuss and to maximum effect. A full report will be compiled for inclusion in the safety file.  Case Study The Biology laboratory of a leading UK university was due for refurbishment. There was great concern over the amount of biological risk (pathogens and allergens) remaining prior to handover to the contractors. The Cube were called in at short notice and cleaned all the buildings (including organics from feral pigeons which had entered the vacated premises) and disinfected. Handover was achieved on time and the contractors were able work in a safe environment. |
