Post Project Decontamination

There is often a requirement for laboratories to be disinfected before occupation e.g. Tissue Culture laboratories and biology buildings. Such demands are usually outside the experience of most construction companies and require expert procedures and techniques.

The Cube will provide a complete pre occupation cleaning service which will take cleaning to 'operating theatre' standards of cleanliness. In addition we can offer room and area sterilising services with our industry partners. All works are documented and validated.

Case Study

Prior to the opening of a 100+ room laboratory in the East of England a complete clean down to 'operating theatre' standard of cleanliness was necessary. A lack of cleanliness would jeopardise this multi million pound project form the start. Working in close cooperation with the building owners a phased programme of clean down was implemented. This enabled a phased handover to the owners speeding their occupation and ensuring confidence in the building. Cleanliness was quantified. The operation was completed at half the cost of a competing non specialist bidder.
